Bequest to Preserve Classical Music

Bequest to Preserve Classical Music

Bob and Barbara are faithful supporters.

Bob: Barbara and I believe the Allentown Symphony Association is vital to creating a vibrant Arts culture in Allentown. That is why we have made several gifts over the years.

Barbara: But we wanted to do more. Bob and I were frugal throughout our lives, and we have saved enough for retirement. We plan to be generous with family, but we also have the ability to be generous with the causes we care about.

Barbara: Bob and I love classical music. It has brought great joy to our lives. We feel a personal responsibility to protect and preserve this artform. Patrons before us invested in orchestral music so that Bob and I could experience the joy of attending Allentown Symphony Orchestra concerts. This is a legacy we want to pass on to our children, grandchildren, and future generations.

Bob: We decided to leave a bequest to the Allentown Symphony Association in each of our wills. Our attorney used the simple language provided by the symphony and we included a nice bequest in my will as well as Barbara's. We are delighted that we can preserve classical music for future generations through our bequests.
